Cancellation Policy
If we receive a cancellation request before your order has shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders that have already shipped are non-refundable.
In some cases, we may be asked to cancel an order at our discretion. Circumstances that may lead to cancellation include, but are not limited to:
Limited quantities available for purchase
Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
We may also request confirmation or additional details before accepting and processing your order. If you need to cancel your order (or any part of it) or require additional information, our customer support team will contact you directly.
If your card has been charged for a canceled order, the full amount will be refunded to the same card. By placing an order, you agree to accept our final decision regarding any cancellation.
