Blue tea, also known as Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, is a naturally caffeine-free herbal infusion made from the dried flowers of the butterfly pea plant. It is famous for its deep blue color, which changes to purple when lemon or other acidic ingredients are added. Traditionally used in Southeast Asian herbal medicine, it is valued for its antioxidant content, calming effects, and visual appeal.
