Usage Instructions:
Internal Health (Edible Grade Only):
1 tsp daily, preferably in the morning or added to salads.
Skin Care:
Apply a few drops to clean skin once or twice daily and massage gently until absorbed.
Hair Care:
Apply to scalp and hair 1–2 times per week as a mask, or use a few drops on damp hair as a leave-in serum.
