Usage Instructions:

Massage & Body Care (Highly Diluted):
Dilute 1 drop of chili essential oil in 1 tbsp carrier oil (such as coconut, olive, or sesame oil) before use.

Muscle & Joint Massage:
Apply diluted oil to affected areas and massage gently.

Hair Oil Blends:
Add 1 drop to a larger hair oil blend; apply briefly to scalp, then wash thoroughly.
