Mustard Oil – Benefits & Uses

Mustard essential oil is a strong, pungent aromatic oil obtained from mustard seeds through steam distillation. Usage Instructions:

Massage & Body Care (Highly Diluted):
Dilute 1 drop of mustard essential oil in 1 tbsp carrier oil (such as coconut, sesame, or olive oil) before use.

Chest & Muscle Massage:
Apply diluted oil to the chest, back, or muscles and massage gently.

Inhalation (With Caution):
Add 1–2 drops to hot water and inhale steam briefly.

Contraindications:

• Must be highly diluted before skin application.
