Usage Instructions:
Internal Use (Edible Grade Only):
1 tsp daily or use in cooking and cold dishes.
Skin Care:
Apply directly to skin as a moisturizer or massage oil once or twice daily.

Massage into scalp and hair 1–2 times per week; leave for 30–60 minutes before washing.
Oil Pulling & Massage:
Traditionally used for oil pulling and therapeutic massage.
Contraindications:
