Lemon oil also easily relieves headaches and migraines and has a positive effect on low blood pressure, dizziness and fatigue.
Lemon oil for acne
Lemon oil is an excellent natural remedy for oily and porous skin, it tightens and unclogs large pores, eliminates acne and reduces skin inflammation.
Lemon oil for skin
Natural lemon oil is known for its antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic properties, and is often used to prevent and treat fungal infections of the skin. This oil stimulates skin cell regeneration and strengthens connective tissue. Lemon oil is often used as an active ingredient in cosmetic products for problem skin.
Lemon oil for body care
As a natural antiperspirant, lemon oil is more effective than many synthetic deodorants, which have a strong negative impact on the environment and a limited effect on excessive sweating. In its diluted form, lemon oil acts as an effective deodorant, without any side effects on the skin. Lemon oil normalizes the function of sweat glands, easily eliminates unpleasant odors and prevents the growth of bacteria, and is recommended for regulating excessive sweating in the feet.
Lemon oil for hair
Lemon oil is used as a mask for oily hair, it reduces the oiliness of the scalp, nourishes the hair and provides it with care from roots to ends.
How to use:
It is not recommended to use essential oils on the skin in their pure form, but rather they should be diluted with a base oil such as almond oil, sesame oil, jojoba oil or grape seed oil.
For massage: 3-4 drops of lemon oil per 15 ml of base oil.
For the treatment of fungal infections: a few drops mixed with base oil and applied regularly to the affected areas.
Internal use: one drop with honey, jam, oil or in a “bread” twice a day (do not take it before bed!). Drink it with juice, tea, kefir or yogurt.
Air and household disinfection: 10 drops of lemon oil mixed with a cup of water, add 2 ml of alcohol and pour into a spray bottle.
Air disinfection – use in a lamp or aroma diffuser.
Mood enhancement: use in a lamp or aroma diffuser, or simply put a drop of oil on a tissue and inhale.
Hair: massage the diluted oil into the scalp (or add to shampoo or conditioner).
