How to use:
It is not recommended to use essential oils on the skin in their pure form, but rather they should be diluted with a base oil such as almond oil, sesame oil, jojoba oil or grape seed oil.

For massage: 3-4 drops of lemon oil per 15 ml of base oil.

For the treatment of fungal infections: a few drops mixed with base oil and applied regularly to the affected areas.

Internal use: one drop with honey, jam, oil or in a “bread” twice a day (do not take it before bed!). Drink it with juice, tea, kefir or yogurt.
Air and household disinfection: 10 drops of lemon oil mixed with a cup of water, add 2 ml of alcohol and pour into a spray bottle.
Air disinfection – use in a lamp or aroma diffuser.
Mood enhancement: use in a lamp or aroma diffuser, or simply put a drop of oil on a tissue and inhale.
Hair: massage the diluted oil into the scalp (or add to shampoo or conditioner).
